3rd Time's a Charm?

I know I abandoned this blog oh so many months ago, but I'm back now. For serious. I've got a new training plan and now that I've actually completed day 1 without dying, I'm pretty sure it will work for me. It's all about pacing since that's always been my issue. We'll be leaving the exact number of my issues alone. For good. But I'm back and I'm serious and I'm excited to be running.
